Hypnosis for Healing. When you are a little under the weather, or experiencing some discomfort, listen to this recording to help you feel better. This session is to complement your medical treatment and not an alternative to it. Please listen to this ONLY when you can relax undisturbed and your attention is not needed elsewhere. If for any reason your attention is needed in an emergency situation, simply count from 1 to 3 and open your eyes, and you will be alert and wide awake. You can listen to this as often as you wish. The more you relax and listen to it the more your body will be able to activate its natural ability to create well-being. After listening to the recording, it is IMPORTANT to ensure you are fully awake and alert before you resume your activities. At the end of the session, drinking water and doing some light stretches and/or grounding exercises can all be helpful.
