Self-image is how you perceive yourself. Self-image is often created within the mind and may be distorted or false. The image you have of yourself can be a result of past experiences, how you see/perceive yourself, and/or how others see you/ how you believe they see you.

You can begin to recreate a new image by releasing the old perceptions and beliefs. Your mind can let go of fears and anxiety surrounding public speaking, communication, failure, or whatever is holding you back. It can begin to create what you desire and who you wish to be. A new you who is confident, free of fears, doubts, and anxiety. Someone who focuses on what is possible instead of what can go wrong.
