Reiki was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui, in 1922. Reiki, a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction, means life force energy or spiritually guided life force energy.

When our energy (life –force) levels are low, we feel tired, and are more prone to get sick. Likewise, we can enjoy a healthier and more balanced lifestyle when our energy levels are high.

hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural deeply relaxed state that everyone experiences several times a day, like just before drifting off to sleep, or focused attention when completely engrossed in an activity such as reading, playing a game, watching a movie.

Some people can enter a trance so deep that it is possible to perform surgery without conventional anesthesia.

meditation

Meditation is a simple, easy way to improve and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

We lead a busy and stressful life. Meditation gives us an opportunity to slow down for a few moments. It gives us the opportunity to relax, perhaps check in to see how our mind, body and soul are doing.

The Bars® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access
Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts,
ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.

My journey in the world of holistic therapies started in 1996, when I learned Reiki.  Over the years, I have added many different techniques to my repertoire.  My sessions are a customized blend of one or all of the modalities I have learned.  The focus is on Reiki, meditation and hypnosis with the other systems playing a supporting role
