Enhance Your Memory and Health

Recording of a live group meditation/light hypnosis session to enhance your memory and health. As we age, we have been programmed to expect our memory and health to deteriorate. However, I believe, this to be a limiting belief and programming that has been handed down for many generations.

I am not a medical doctor, but this is my belief. Yes, aging is a natural process but trust and appreciate your body and mind's ability to be healthy. Give them the nutrition, exercise, love, and care they need. Stop the negative self-talk. Let your body know what you expect it to do, instead of beating the drum of what you don't want. Be happy, enjoy life, meditate, spend time in nature, heal and let go of the past pain, take your power back from the people you have given away your power to, forgive yourself and others, and enjoy every day, every moment. Express your emotions and feelings in a loving and non-judgemental manner. Most importantly love yourself, and love all. Please listen to this recording at least 2-3 times a week at a time when you can safely relax, undisturbed and your attention is not needed anywhere else. I believe you will notice little positive changes in just a few weeks.

After meditating, ensure that you are fully awake, centered, and grounded before you continue with your day.
