Stress has unfortunately become a constant companion. We multi-task, wear different hats, and often feel overworked, and overwhelmed. Stress is the number one cause of most illnesses.

In a perfect world, moments of stress are followed by periods of calm relaxation.

Please make time to relax. Taking a few moments to relax can do wonders for your overall sense of well-being. Meditation is one of the many ways to relax, release endorphins, and boost your immune system.

"Reduce the stress levels in your life through relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, and exercise. You’ll look and feel way better for it.” – Suzanne Somers

For best results, relax in a comfortable place, put aside expectations and judgments, and listen to the meditation frequently.

Important: For all physical and Mental concerns, please consult a medical professional. Do not listen to this while driving, when using machinery, or when you cannot relax undisturbed. Make sure you are awake and alert before you get up and continue with your day.
