Stress has unfortunately become a constant companion. We multi-task, wear different hats and are living in a time of uncertainty, confusion, and fear. Stress is the number one cause of most illnesses.

But when we are constantly stressed, there is an aura of danger and the body is always on high alert, ready to protect us from the danger.

Adding a practice of relaxation, such as meditation, to your self-care routine can enhance your body's innate ability to repair and heal. It also improves the way you feel emotionally, how you handle situations in life, and show up for yourself.
