Your natural state of being is that of peace, joy, love, ease, and flow. When you get caught up in daily stresses, past regrets, unpleasant events, or worries about the future, it is easy to forget this natural state. This meditation will help balance your emotions. When you listen to it frequently, ideally on a daily basis, you will begin to experience calmness and with time it will become easier for you to be in your natural state.

It is important to listen to meditations only when you can safely relax, undisturbed, and your attention is not needed elsewhere. It is perfectly okay to listen to it at bedtime, and even if you fall asleep, you will get the benefits. I would love to get your feedback.
