Most of us want to end all crises, whether it is in our personal life or in the world around us. We focus on something and judge it to be wrong, bad, evil, or horrible. We give it our attention, read to get more educated about it, see it on the news and social media, talk about it, and can’t stop thinking about it. When we focus on suffering, we allow our energy, vibrations, and consciousness to feel hopeless and helpless. Then we react from this place of anger, resentment, and hopelessness.
What are we saying in all this? We are expressing our desire to be free of suffering, hate, war, and pain. That is what we are focused on and that is what we are giving energy to.
But what do we really want and desire? We want peace, harmony, love, kindness, and freedom. So, let’s begin to focus on that, instead of powerlessness and frustration! Let us invest our precious time and energy in what we really want, not what we do not want.
The level of consciousness we act from is extremely important. When we are focused on fear-based energies, we are contributing to unwanted hate, anger, and other fear-based energies.
When we elevate our energies to the highest possible vibrations where we feel peace, love, and joy we are now bringing more light into our world and the world around us.
We begin with ourselves. Do we have peace, joy, freedom, and harmony in our bodies, in our life, in our relationships, and in our community? That is where we need to begin! There are people out there in the world taking inspired action, but not all of us can do that. When we begin to create that balance and harmony in our life, we are positively changing the vibrations not just in our life but also of our planet. As we spend some time each day, focused on the life and world we would like to see, as we visualize it with all our senses, as we begin to live that life and make positive and mindful changes in our personal lives, and lives of the people we interact with, we are changing the world and nudging the planet towards the world we dream of.
