Over the years, we push aside or suppress emotions, feelings, events, and memories. Due to our limiting beliefs and programming, there can be layers and layers of energy that need to be released. I believe that listening to this meditation regularly can help you let go of some of these energies slowly and gently. This is a recording of one of the previous live meditations. For best results, relax in a comfortable place, put aside expectations and judgments, and listen to this frequently.
