Self-Reiki Challenge~Recording

Reiki is an ancient technique for relaxation and stress reduction. We, and all of universe is made up of energy. When we suppress our feelings and emotions, or go through challenges, the energy flow gets disrupted. This can interfere or block the energy available to the parts of the body. Over time this can manifest into physical and mental diseases.

To have full access to the universal energy, it is recommended that you take a Reiki class with a trained Reiki Master-Teacher, where you can receive different levels of attunements. However, I believe we all naturally have access to this energy, when we place our hand on ourselves or others, with the intention to bring the divine energy in, to restore balance and harmony, the energy flows. Trust, be willing to be a channel for this loving energy and let your intention be pure.

Take this 21-day challenge. Spend just 30 minutes each day to relax comfortably and experience Reiki. I will guide you through this recording, as you place your hands on your body and allow the soothing and calming Reiki energy to flow. You will be placing your our hands at each point for about 90 seconds. Once you are familiar with the hand positions, you can increase the time on each point to 2-3 minutes.
