Service Description
Namaste! Meditating in a group is extremely powerful. It is believed that when 7 people meditate together in a group, the energy and healing that's generated is as strong as it would be if 100 people were to meditate individually. My vision from the healing circle is to meet once a month, over Zoom, for about 30 -45 minutes. Everyone in the group will receive healing, and send healing to others in the group. We will also send healing to people we know who need healing and/or to Mother Earth. You do not need any healing skills to participate. I will guide you through the healing meditations. You are welcome to invite your friends who may be genuinely interested and ask them to register here. Important Information: This will be a free event. All I request is your dedication. Join the group only if you are interested and please do your best to attend. Arrive 5 minutes before the session. Make sure you attend from a comfortable and quiet place. For the meditation sit comfortably on a chair, couch, or floor. Have your phone on silent mode (Turn for the vibration mode too) and keep some water and a blanket next to you.
