Tree Meditation

Nature provides us with nourishment, balance, and energy. We need water, food, shelter, air, space, and energy to survive, and the universe abundantly provides us with all these. Without realizing we tap into nature to energize and uplift us. We feel lighter, happier, and calmer when we are near water, sitting in the sunshine, walking in a forest, or standing on top of a mountain. We can tap into nature’s gifts even through visualization. If you remember your last perfect vacation, you will instantly feel happier and calmer.
