In this meditation, I guide you through relaxation and visualization to help your body heal itself and improve the way you feel. Listen to this only when you can relax undisturbed, and your attention is not needed elsewhere. If you are listening to this at bedtime, you can just allow yourself to sleep at the end of the meditation. If listening to this at any other time, make sure you feel grounded, alert, and fully awake before you continue with the day.
