Dear Body ~ A Guided Meditation

We take our body for granted and ignore its messages to us until it causes pain, dis-comfort, and dis-ease to us. This meditation introduces you to the idea of appreciating and honoring your body. Our body has the ability to create perfect radiant health, and it all begins with tuning in and listening to the messages our body gives us. You can meditate by yourself, focusing and appreciating your body, organs, and body systems - the ones that are healthy and the ones in pain.
